Return Policy

We are happy to offer you a credit or exchange for change of mind on our ranges. The following timeframes apply: In store: 3 months from date of purchase.

Online: 3 months from date of pick up form our depots, delivery on our dedicated trucks or delivery by the transport company

Subject to the Consumer Guarantees outlined below, Team Work Fencing accepts stock returns at its discretion. If discretion applied, stock returned within the above timeframes can be returned for an exchange or credit subject to the following conditions:

Proof of purchase must be accompanied with the returned merchandise.
The merchandise must be re-saleable and in its original condition with all packaging intact.
Any discounts received at the time of purchase will be carried over.
A restocking fee of 10% or $29 (whichever is greater) applies to returned items. Cash or equivalent refunds are not provided.
Our return policy does not apply to cut to size or custom orders such as: project PVC/hardware/extrusion, Enduroshield coating, cut to size screening, cut to size battens, cut to size wire and cut to size gates.
