Depot pickup
Orders are packed within 2 business days. We will confirm when ready for pickup.
Outside zones or oversize items
- Freight confirmation provided within 1 business day after order
- Final timeframe confirmed with the freight quote
- Place the order and we will contact you with the best option and cost
Order cut off and processing Same-day processing

- Orders placed before 4:00 PM (GMT+8, Perth) are processed the same business day
- Orders placed after 4:00 PM, weekends, or public holidays are processed the next business day
Timeframes
- Standard delivery: 3–5 business days for Perth metro and Bunbury/South-West
- Regional and oversize: confirmed during the freight quote
Returns and change of mind 30-day window
- Change-of-mind returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
- A 10% restocking fee applies
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase
- Return freight is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is faulty or damaged
Damaged or incorrect items Notify within 48 hours
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
